The rooms are spacious and full of light. These are double bedded with separate full-size almirahs, full-size beds, separate study table and chair for the students with table lamps and tube lights.

A recreation room is available. Large screen TV set with a home theater system; table tennis and carrom are also available.

The menu is different every day and is chalked out in consultation with students. Very healthy and balanced diet is provided to the students. A food committee of students is formed to oversee all the arrangements to ensure good quality food.

The mess is housed in a separate building and is referred to by the name of “CHANAKYA MESS”. It is the biggest mess building in the entire area. It has a modern kitchen with stainless steel equipment and latest gadgets for healthy and hygienic cooking. The mess also houses an ‘ante-room’ created for recreation, centralized lectures and TV viewing on a large screen. Mess staff goes through periodic medical checkup and is dressed in proper uniform.

Emphasis is maintained to ensure cleanliness in the entire hostel all the time. Pesticides are sprayed on a regular basis to ensure complete hygiene n sanitation in all the rooms and places frequented by the students.

Access control is strictly followed. Security of students is of top most priority. The complete hostel campus is covered by CCTV. There are gated security and strict supervision on access control.

Smoking, Drinking and Drugs are strictly prohibited on the campus.

Located 2 km from the main campus of University of Petroleum (UPES) and less than a km from Kandoli Campus. In fact, it is located in the middle of two campuses of the University.
